The EFR Instructor Course is open to all PADI Divemasters, Assistant Instructors and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors. EFR Instructors may conduct EFR programs for divers and non-divers who want CPR and first aid training. This course includes basic training in emergency medical care, knowledge and skills.
