Your adventure into the professional levels of recreational diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with your own mentor Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
During the PADI Divemaster program, you learn dive leadership skills through both classroom and independent study. You complete water skills and stamina exercises, as well as training exercises that stretch your ability to organize and solve problems. You put this knowledge into action through an internship of practical training.

This Divemaster Course runs as an internship over typicly 3 months (the actual duration will depend largely on your ability and availability). As you may know, many PADI Divemasters go on to become PADI Instructors. So, the training and experience you gain through the PADI Divemaster program helps shape your abilities and attitude toward becoming a professional level diving educator.
Courses may be undertaken as a group internship or as a series of practical training exercises. If you choose to take your course as an internship, you will receive credit (a reduction in the course fee) to reflect your attendance assisting and working with our students.
As a PADI Divemaster you'll be able to:
- Act as an assistant to PADI Instructors.
- Supervise participants in PADI programs.
- Supervise diving activities and direct dives.
- Teach and certify PADI Skin Divers
- Conduct PADI Scuba Reviews for certified divers.
- Enroll in PADI Instructor level training
