
The PADI SCUBA Review includes Pool skills and a theory review session and is open to all qualified divers that have gone for a number of months or even years without diving and need to refresh their dive skills. The Emergency First Response course (EFR) is a one day course in first aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). The course is intended for both divers and non-divers and though not diving specific is a pre-requisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course. The course runs over 2 full days, the first day is split between the class room (Saturday 10.30a.m. to 2.30p.m.) and the dive pool at Mote Park Leisure Centre (Saturday 5.30 p.m. to 9.00p.m). The second day normally follows on the Sunday of the following weekend at Wrasbury Dive Lake. PADI Rescue Diver (or equivalent) certification is also a prerequisite for all PADI leadership programme.
